Bonvale Creations is a small family based business,

we don't have a "middle man",large wage bills,heating lighting etc. and as such our overheads are minimal.

As we are often not onsite and either delivering,packing or sourcing materials, trying to keep the telephone manned answering local and international calls 24/7 would not be viable.

We will endevour to return calls left on the answering machine as soon as possible.
